Yearbook and Local History Collections

Spice Yearbook Collection

• The NAHS library maintains a collection of Spice yearbooks going back to 1900. These items
  are not for loan, but can be used by students, faculty and community members/alumin with permission.
• There are still extra copies of many yearbooks going back into the 1930's. These books can
  be purchased. Please call 610-630-5077 or email rschmalbach@nasd.k12.pa.us for more details.

Local History Collection

• The NAHS library has a special collection of items of local and state historical interest. These
  include such items as programs from the Norristown Centennial (1912), 125th Anniversary (1937),
  Susquecentenial (1962), and the 150th Anniversary Edition of the Times Herald (1949).
• Also kept in this collection are books of special interest. Included there are the library Assecion Records
  from 1902-1990, books from the original McCann Library (dating back to the 1800's), and a collected
  edition of Pennsylvania laws dating from 1781.
• These items can be seen by special request.
