NAHS Graduation Project Guide and Documents

Listed below are important documents and information for the NAHS Graduation Project.

DOCUMENTS: Copies of individual forms can either be printed out and filled in by hand, or saved to your computer and completed online and printed.

QUICK INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT

  • Written paper is 4 to 6 pages minimum, not including cover page or works cited page.
  • Paper must include some researched information and be properly cited in MLA format.
  • Presentation must have a visual to support the spoken information.
  • Presentation minimum is 5 minutes.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR 2010-2011:

Current SENIORS (2012)
October 7, 2011 Written paper due date. Students not turning in paper by this date will be ineligible for Senior Banquet Mr. Schmalbach in the Library
December 1, 2011 Written paper due date in order to be eligible to attend Senior Prom. Mr. Schmalbach in the Library
December 13, 2011 Presentation day in afternoon for ALL SENIORS with their paper turned in. This is an Early Tuesday, seniors will present in the afternoon after school has ended. Present in rooms as assigned.
March 1, 2012 Written paper due date in order to be eligible to attend Senior Class activities (Spice Day, Class Picnic, etc.) Mr. Schmalbach in the Library
Current JUNIORS (2013)
May 1, 2012 Paper due date for Early Completion Mr. Schmalbach in the Library
May 18, 2012 Scheduled date for Early Presentation Completion Present in rooms at time assigned (This is election day, students off, must get own transportation to NAHS)
October 3, 2012 Papers due for Class of 2013 - Must turn in by this date to be eligible to attend Senior Banquet Mr. Schmalbach in the Library
December 2012 Early Tuesday ALL PRESENTATIONS for ALL SENIORS will occur during the afternoon of the Dec. Early Tuesday Present in assigned room at assigned time
